Migrating to Net153 is fast and painless. Our automated Data Import Wizard recognizes member names, mobile numbers, email addresses, birthdays, and household links from any standard export.
Key Points:
In your current ChMS, export your full People or Directory database as a standard CSV or Excel file.
In Net153, click People in the main navigation, then click the "Import Directory" button in the top right corner.
The Import Wizard automatically detects fields like First Name, Last Name, Mobile (E.164 format), Gender, and Household. Verify the mappings on screen.
Click "Run Import". Net153 processes the records, creates family household cards, and flags any duplicate phone numbers for your review.
Ensure South African phone numbers include their standard area code or international prefix (+27) so automated SMS and WhatsApp messages route properly.
