Building Interactive Sunday Run Sheets with Timers

How to structure minute-by-minute service orders for worship leaders, AV tech, and speakers.

Overview

Dynamic Run Sheets allow worship pastors and service directors to plan Sunday services down to the minute, attach chord charts, assign sound cues, and keep speakers on time with synchronized stage timers.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1

Create New Service Plan

Go to Run Sheets -> New Service. Choose your campus, date, and service time (e.g. 09:30 AM).

2

Add Items & Timers

Add items such as "Worship Set (20m)", "Pastoral Welcome (3m)", "Offering & Announcements (5m)", "Sermon (35m)", and "Ministry Time (10m)".

3

Attach Songs & Media

Link songs from your Song Library with keys, BPM, lyrics, and rehearsal recordings.

4

Launch Live Stage Clock Mode

During the service, open Live Mode on the sound booth laptop or confidence monitor to track real-time elapsed and remaining segment minutes.
