Overview

The WhatsApp Automation Add-on (R120/month) enables Net153 to send automated serving reminders directly to your volunteers’ WhatsApp accounts. Serving reminders do not go out via email—volunteers receive an instant WhatsApp alert with 1-click Accept and Decline buttons.

Enable WhatsApp Add-on

In Church Settings -> Add-Ons, activate the WhatsApp Automation module.

Connect Church WhatsApp Number

Follow the on-screen setup to link your church’s verified WhatsApp business number.

Schedule Your Roster

Assign volunteers to duties in Rosters. The system handles the rest automatically!

Pro Tip

Volunteers who decline a serving duty are prompted to provide an optional replacement or note so team leaders can fill open positions promptly.
